This SCHWAIGER® 4-way earthing block is used for earthing and equipotential bonding of coaxial cables and metal housings of multi-switches. The equipotential bonding is in BK, antenna and satellite systems always necessary. In satellite systems without a multi-switch or with a multi-switch without their own grounding terminal, the shields of all coaxial cables are routed through the grounding block, thus avoiding voltage differences. From there the grounding cable then leads to the equipotential bonding rail.
