From an order value of € 50.00 we deliver free of shipping costs to Austria.
From an order value of € 100.00 we deliver free of charge to all other countries.
For the delivery of our plug-in solar devices (balcony power plants), we charge a flat-rate freight fee of € 69.00 free kerbside or € 99.00 free point of use. Delivery is only made within Germany by a forwarding agent. A return shipment in case of revocation will be borne by the recipient;
The telephone number you provide during check-out will be passed on to the forwarding agent for the delivery date notification.
Delivery times:
We work together with the parcel service provider DHL.
Delivery within Germany takes place within 1-3 working days and to Austria within 2-3 working days.
Delivery to other countries takes 4-7 working days.
The delivery time for our plug-in solar devices (balcony power plants) may vary depending on the agreed delivery date.

We ask you to check the goods immediately upon delivery for damage to the product packaging or to inform the deliverer of any recognizable damage to the goods (broken glass/dents/breakage etc.) upon receipt and, if possible, to photograph the damage yourself on the pallet. Please also have this noted on the receipt. This is the only way we can prove that you did not cause the damage to the goods and make a proper complaint. However, if hidden damage becomes apparent during unpacking, please document this during the unpacking process and send it to us.
Exceptions to free returns:
Goods that cannot be sent by parcel post and returns from abroad
If you cancel goods sent by forwarding agent or shipments from abroad, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs for parcels are estimated at a maximum of 20 - 60 EUR depending on the sender country, parcel size and transport company and a maximum of 100 EUR for a forwarding delivery;
