As part of our ongoing efforts to achieve this goal, we have determined that the risk of electric shock from touching the contact pins of the M-25 screw plug cannot be excluded for the above-mentioned articles if the cable is connected to the household power supply (inserting the household plug) before the M-25 plug/screw connection is securely connected and screwed in. This risk also exists if the plug/screw connection is removed before the connection to the household power supply has been interrupted (pulling the household plug).

Correction options for already installed cables:

[Option 1] We will send you a suitable adhesive with simple technical instructions + warning label, with which you can easily and safely secure the M-25 plug/screw connection against accidental loosening.
[Option 2] You can return the separately purchased connection cable to us for a refund of the purchase price. With this option, please make sure to unplug the household plug at the other end of the cable from the household socket before dismantling the M-25 plug/screw connection, otherwise there is a risk to life!

Correction options if the cable is not yet installed:

[Option A] You can return the separately purchased connection cable to us for a refund of the purchase price.
[Option B] You can return the separately purchased connection cable to us and we will send you an equivalent replacement product that fits your system and does not pose the risk described above.
