Pick-up times
Monday to Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Registration takes place at the main gate (bell on the left).
Collection deadlines
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM can be picked up the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM will not be available until the following business day.
- Balcony power plants: Processing time 1 business day – collection the following day.
Transport instructions
- The dimensions of the product can be found in the technical specifications on our website. Please ensure that your vehicle has sufficient loading space.
- For insurance reasons, our employees are not permitted to assist with loading. If necessary, please bring a second person with you to ensure safe loading.
Goods inspection
Please check your order for completeness and integrity upon pickup. We assume no liability for transport damage after delivery to the customer.
Right of withdrawal
Private customers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
In the event of a cancellation, the goods must be returned or sent at your own expense and risk. Return transport costs will not be reimbursed.
